Summary
This release fixes a critical bug that could cause desyncs. There's currently no evidence that this bug has manifested in the wild, but it's worth updating nevertheless.
There's also a small QoL enhancement: plugins that are selected but not in the plugin directory will now show up in the plugin list. No more ghost plugins.
