This is version 2.3.1 of the Munki tools, a compatibility and bug-fix release.
This build is the same as the 2.3.1 Release Candidate; there have been no changes.

- Ignore _mbsetupuser in El Capitan when checking for logged in GUI users 0f8a51f - this user would prevent the installation of items that required a logout since Munki thought there were multiple GUI users logged in.
