There are 2 fixes that need activation flags: CheckFunctionArgumentEnableEpoch that will be turned on on epoch 708 which should happen on July 08, 2022 ~15:00:00 UTC and CheckExecuteOnReadOnlyEnableEpoch that will be turned on on epoch 707 which should happen on July 07, 2022 ~15:00:00 UTC
