Release v1.3.23.0 is out 🚀
This release contains several fixes and the new elasticsearch indexer engine v1.2.25
There is one fix that needs an activation flag CheckCorrectTokenIDForTransferRoleEnableEpoch that will be turned on on epoch 669 which should happen on May 30, 2022 ~15:00:00 UTC
