Release v1.0.139 is out 🚀

What's new:

• #2118 Updated Readme to include notes about running the Node using the official Docker image.

Bug fixes:

• #2116 Fixed API stuck condition that appeared if one handler panic and the queue was not cleaned. Used a defer function instead of executing the cleanup after the call to c.Next(). Refactored the api package: code changes, added tests, added new log lines.

Note: This release should start with a new DB
