BugFix: Incorrect display of the header when using minimal theme and "Readable line length" was enabled
BugFix: Printing to a PDF did not work until now. Now it works.
New: It is possible to use wildcard ( * ) for excluding languages. e.g.: ad-* will exclude every codeblock where the language starts with ad- (ad-example, ad-bug, ad-summary etc.). The wildcard can be either at the beginning or at the end.
