Major Issues Fixed

• Fixed GE-Proton downloads failing.
• Fixed prefixes being wiped when your Proton did not actually change.
• Fixed game setup failing whenever you had forced a compatibility tool in Steam's own Properties menu.
• Fixed Cyberpunk 2077 and other titles that ship their own ICU library crashing during startup.
• Fixed external drives losing their identity when reconnected or renamed.
• Fixed Ubisoft showing as signed in before sign-in had actually succeeded.

• Added Steam Machine and SteamOS categories to the library compatibility tab. German and English wording thanks to @kevbenjam
