- Create release tarballs with a PHP version emulated to 7.1.0 (minimum needed by RCMCardDAV) (Fixes #386)
- No changes to RCMCardDAV itself
WARNING: There is still issues with the release tarballs in the progress of being sorted out, until a solution is found these tarballs may be updated with fixes to be tried. See discussion in #386
