Changes

• Fixes mod launch rejection for exact-disc packages such as MMX6 Tweaks (package does not target this game/image) by resolving the selected disc before committing enabled mods.
• Includes psxrecomp PR #336, reverting the interlaced row submission path to restore retail BIOS boot.
• Updates the bundled psxrecomp/recomp-ui integration used by MegaManX6Recomp.
• Refreshes Windows and Linux overlay caches for codegen tag cg10_ea3d3259_gcdb4c5259_f0.

Validation

• Reproduced issue #28 against the previous v1.0.9 Windows release.
• Verified the v1.0.10 Windows zip starts with mmx6.tweaks.hooks enabled and no longer emits the target-package error.
• Built Windows zip and Linux AppImage release artifacts and verified both include bundled mods, OpenBIOS, and matching overlay caches.
