Developer regeneration and launcher rebuilds now share the same verified-USA generation recipe, preserving widescreen and DIZ postprocessors and separate historical coverage inputs. Update recursive framework, UI and disassembly metadata dependencies.

The Windows package uses normal first-run audio/configuration defaults, omits private keybindings and mod selections, includes its runtime DLL closure, and rejects trace builds. Extracted stock and widened input runs pass with only Windows system directories on PATH.
