Primordial Ooze performance fix
- Fixes the severe gameplay slowdown reported in #18. Two level routines were missing from the precompiled cache; the shared disc scanner now discovers them and includes native code for them in the release.
- Rebuilds and audits the original-disc overlay caches for Windows and Linux.
- Refreshes bundled Linux cache files when upgrading, so existing installations receive the corrected code while retaining saves and settings.
Local Windows testing reproduced the slowdown with the old cache and restored normal gameplay speed with this fix, including movement and pause/resume. Both cache audits passed, and the Linux AppImage passed launch and upgrade checks. A full playthrough has not been completed; please retest Primordial Ooze and report your result on #18.
