EMCP Tools 3.16.1

Fixes the detected Server URL on WordPress sites using Plain permalinks, in both Free and Pro.

• Removes the trailing index.php from the detected site base URL.
• Preserves subdirectory installation paths.
• Corrects the Connection tab default and the site URL embedded in generated .mcpb bundles.

Thanks to @amiriqbalmcs for PR #142.

Validation: 176 public tests passed; the Pro suite completed with 2,672 tests, 9,962 assertions, and 6 skipped tests. PHP lint passed. A live plain-permalink MCP handshake was not rerun for this patch.

The attached ZIP is the Free edition. Pro updates are distributed separately through Freemius.
