Fixes AI Chat for the latest OpenAI models, reduces the context sent on each turn, and restores settings sync between connected sites.

- GPT-5.6 and Astra work in AI Chat (Pro). Native OpenAI models that require the Responses API now use
/v1/responses; older OpenAI models and third-party OpenAI-compatible providers continue to use/v1/chat/completions. A stale second click handler that could abort a follow-up message was removed as well. - Settings sync works between sites connected to the same EMCP Cloud account. Settings now use account scope, while other cloud configuration types retain their existing site scope. The admin notice distinguishes a missing plan, missing cloud data, and a disconnected site. Secrets, API keys, and cloud connection credentials remain excluded.

- AI Chat sends much less context on each turn (Pro). The initial request carries a compact core tool set, specialist groups load only when needed, and tool schemas, tool results, and retained history are bounded. Cached input tokens are reported correctly, and reasoning/output defaults are tuned for tool-driven chat. Existing tools remain available through on-demand groups.
Compatibility
- Cloud connection supports staggered website and plugin updates. The plugin uses the server-issued registration proof when present and still accepts an older registration response without it, so existing connections and new sign-ins continue working while the two releases roll out.
Requirements remain WordPress 6.9+, PHP 8.1+, and optional Elementor 3.20+.
