Note: There are no changes to the ADMX templates in this release. I bumped the version for some new translations. There is no need to move to these templates if you are using v2.6.

This release updates the following policies:
ExtensionSettings - The most recent theme added via ExtensionSettings now becomes the default theme when it is installed. The user can still change the theme.
