Added

• motion components: add the layoutAnchor prop. Pass { x, y } to choose where on the parent a layout animation is anchored, or false to disable relative projection. motion-dom already read this option, but it was never forwarded, so centered layouts drifted during parent layout animations.

Fixed

• useTransform: stop forwarding scroll acceleration when a mixer is supplied. WAAPI cannot invoke a mixer, so the accelerated transform bypassed it.
• useTransform: pad accelerated scroll timeline endpoints so the clamped start and end values are no longer skipped.

Dependencies

• Update framer-motion and motion-dom to ~14.8.0. motion-utils stays at ~14.7.0 because upstream published no 14.8.0.
