New features

JSON configuration — Settings are now stored in a JSON file. Existing settings in the registry will automatically be exported to the new file.
Resizable main window — The picker window can be resized (via the grip or edges). An Auto size window option lets you switch between fixed size and content-sized. Config window size is stored separately.
Theme and transparency — Using WPF Fluent styles with Light/dark theme support with correct content brushes; optional window transparency with a window opacity slider (50–100%), and a Turn off transparency option that uses a solid content background.
Configuration UI overhaul — Configuration UI may now be resized and tab content scrolls when needed, and the Behaviour tab is reorganized into two columns (Appearance & list order | Selection, fallback, and network)..
