🌒 MoonShine 4.19.0 is out!
🔧 What’s new:
- Text and Textarea now have an escapeOnApply() method — use a callback to control HTML escaping when saving, independently of display escaping.
- Fixed fieldsNames() in Select — custom value, label, and search field names now work correctly.
- Fixed value handling between Blade and Alpine — quotes and special characters are now safely escaped.
- Fixed tabs with numeric IDs and async search in MorphTo with a preselected type.
🔐 Access control improvements:
- Loading relations and async search now respect permissions on the parent resource and the current page.
- Inline field updates are now only allowed when updateOnPreview() is enabled.
🧩 Also fixed handling of fields sharing the same relation name and updated the ws development dependency.
