- Fixed dutch 1k not working properly.

- Fixed a bug where test could be finished again while on the result page.
- Fixed a bug where the test would not end at 0 seconds.
- Made sure the test cannot be restarted while the test is restarting.
- Fixed infinite tests not saving.
- Fixed a bug where ctrl + backspace would not stop on a dash.
- Fixed a but where changing mode while the test is restating would cause weird behaviour.
- Fixed a bug where "End" would be inserted as text.
- Fixed a bug where the website would be soft locked if no quotes were found for the active language.
