Bug fixes:
- Fixed min wpm showing the wrong speed.
- Optimised the config loading and saving to avoid multiple refreshes on initial load and issues with db config not saving or loading properly.
- Fixed an unnecessary error appearing in the console.
- Leaderboard position change will not be shown if you did not qualify.
- Fixed a bug that would cause the website to freeze after clicking 'Practise Missed Words'.
- Fixed a bug where 'fi' would be considered as a single character.
- Fixed punctuation and numbers not saving properly.

- Fixed a bug where the caret would not move when the next character was

Backend changes:
- Optimised nicknames, and checked the whole database for duplicates. Soon this will be used to ask users to change their names to fully get rid of badly formatted usernames and duplicates. This also makes signing up super quick.
Other changes and improvements:
- Added a message that tells users not to pair their accounts if they haven't joined the server yet.
