New features:
- Updated 'show average' setting. You can now select between wpm, acc or both. Just as before it will show average speed and or accuracy over the past 10 tests. (Ferotiq)

- Fixed a bug where the numpad didn't work while the layout emulator was enabled.

- Banners will now fade out when a typing test is started.

- Pace caret will now correctly reappear if it was too fast or too slow (for example if you speed past it but then slow down, it will correctly come back)

- Converted chart controller to Typescript. This completes the frontend transition to Typescript (DanGonite57)
