Added 37 Titus-derived rules plus a DeviantArt OAuth client-ID helper, covering network-device configurations, hard-coded database connections, Windows artifacts, Maven credentials, and provider-specific formats. Added vendor-documented YAML validation for DeviantArt client secrets, Intra42 prefixed credentials, LaunchDarkly client-side IDs, and Mattermost webhooks and personal access tokens. Built-in coverage is now 1,051 rules (914 standalone detectors + 137 dependent rules), with 516 standalone detectors supporting live validation.
Fixed hidden helper findings being omitted from reports while retained in summaries; --include-hidden-findings exposes them for diagnostics. #448 #449
