What changed

• Simplified Chinese completed and runtime strings routed through the catalog (#180), German (#167) and Italian (#174) added; every interface string is now localizable.
• A Settings page in the sidebar with appearance, language and Full Disk Access in one place; the standard Settings window shows the same page (#169).
• Check for app releases from Settings, user-initiated only; the unused Sparkle framework no longer ships (#170).
• Startup and background items collapse, and Performance shows app CPU and memory usage on demand (#172, #173).
• XcodeBuildMCP and MobileBuildMCP DerivedData in Xcode Junk, opt-in and Trash-only (#162).
• The Protection check recognizes the firewall's block-all mode (#183), and the Homebrew cask no longer warns about postflight (#182).
