Gander 2.2 prints PDFs and Word files, and gives a file from another app a card of its own in your recent apps.
Gander is on Google Play, signed with the same key as these releases.
- Print a PDF or a Word file from the viewer's menu, through Android's own print screen. A PDF prints exactly as it is, and a Word, .odt or .rtf file prints the way Gander shows it. Android can't print a PDF that has a password, so Gander says so instead. Thanks @naz30ee-lab for #45.
Recent apps
- A file another app opens in Gander, such as an attachment in WhatsApp, gets a card of its own in your recent apps, so you can switch between the chat and the file. Back still closes the file and returns to that app. Thanks @BenjaminSk-04 for #46.
Install
Gander-2.2.apk runs on every phone. The app ships no native libraries, so there is no architecture to choose.
Viewing PDFs needs Android System WebView 125 or newer (May 2024), Word documents 80 and Markdown files 92. Any phone still receiving WebView updates is well past all three.
