Fixed

• Linux: clickable notification actions survive notify-send versions that refuse --action mode (issue #106).
  • notify-send 0.8+ reports "Actions are not supported by this notifications server" on Notification Spec 1.2 servers (e.g. GNOME Shell 50), shows the popup without its button, and exits, so Jump to terminal / Run command never fired.
  • When that happens (or notify-send is missing), the plugin replaces that popup over D-Bus (org.freedesktop.Notifications.Notify) with one carrying the action and watches ActionInvoked with dbus-monitor for the click. Requires gdbus and dbus-monitor on PATH (both already required for GNOME focus features).
