A follow-up to v1.4.0. Every local station is now a tile of its own — FOX 32 Chicago, NBC 5 Chicago, ABC 15 Phoenix and about 350 more — instead of a row buried inside its network's tile. The release also reports its own version correctly again, and release builds no longer fail on their first attempt. No reinstall is needed.

- manifest: report the right version in the manifest, /api/version and the readme badge — v1.4.0 still announced itself as 1.3.0 (8f0a023)
- ci: wait for impit to report in before judging the image, instead of reading its log once the moment the server answers. that race is why the first v1.3.0 and v1.4.0 tag builds published no image and had to be re-cut (a95dc76)
