Cleanup

• Unit tests now live in tests/ (the tests/v2 folder is gone).
• Docs moved to docs/architecture and docs/install.
• Dev folders tickets/, .impl/ and scripts/v1-cases/ are deleted. They stay in git history.
• A new test fails if these folders or v2 directory names come back.

README

• The README is new. It is written as a paper and starts with the Gateway.
• Dead links, the star count and unsourced claims are fixed.

Fixes since next.21

• ctx_search: smaller replies on small sources, and no empty query blocks.
• OpenCode 2: the native install command is opencode plugin add context-mode@next.
• CI: a failed temp-folder clean-up on Windows no longer fails the OpenCode 2 install check.
• Release: the dev tree version follows the highest v2 tag.
• Shareable benchmark suite with fixtures and results in bench/.

npm latest stays 1.0.169. Install this build with context-mode@next.
