Release 0.1.0a26
- New: energy per MPP tracker, "MPPT1 energy" and up (kWh), for the hybrid
and the SG, for comparing strings in the Energy dashboard. No Sungrow
register counts it, so it is integrated from each tracker's voltage times
current at every poll; across a gap in the readings nothing is added. It
is as accurate as the polling: compare the trackers' sum with "Daily PV
generation" to see how close it is at your house. SG trackers also get a
power sensor. - New binary sensor "Shutdown inverter when limited to 0 % power"
(register 31213), in place of its raw number. - SG string inverters get only the entities the model has: phases B and C
follow the output type, and MPPT entities the model's tracker count, since
an SG reads 0 rather than "unavailable" for what it lacks. New: a Fault
binary sensor from the SG's work state. - On a three-phase inverter without neutral (3P3L), "Phase A/B/C voltage" and
the phase powers are no longer created: the registers hold line voltages
there, and the powers would come out about 1.7 times too high. The phase
currents stay. - SBR battery: each fitted module's highest and lowest cell voltage, as
diagnostic sensors, disabled by default (#788). - SG: one "Total PV generation", in 0.1 kWh (register 5144), in place of
the whole-kWh one and "Total PV generation (precise)"; "Work state" is now
"Running state", as on the hybrid; "Power limitation" is "Power limit
active". - Wallbox: its currents are named by who limits them -- "Maximum charging
current" (the hardware), "Charging current setpoint" (what is set),
"Offered charging current" (what the car may draw) and "Phase A/B/C
charging current" (what it draws). Also "Total charged energy" and
"Charger enabled". - SBR battery: "Total pack charge/discharge energy", "Module with
highest/lowest cell". - Entities already created keep their entity ids after these renames; only
the label changes. An existing "Total PV generation (precise)" is no
longer updated and can be deleted; "Total PV generation" now carries the
0.1 kWh value. - 16 entity names now follow Sungrow's protocol document (charging and
discharging limits, internal temperature, load control, battery energy
totals, the forced charge/discharge select). Entity ids of migrated
installs are unchanged. - The inverters MG10TL to MG25TL (device types 0xE53-0xE57, new in Sungrow's
protocol V1.1.17) are named, and treated as a group of their own: no
firmware, second-meter or forced-charging entities, three trackers. None
has been surveyed; a survey from an owner is very welcome. - The survey reads a Sungrow Logger1000/3000/4000 by Sungrow's whole
protocol (1.0.2.9), also over TLS on port 516, which is the only port a
current Logger1000 opens. No Logger has been surveyed yet; a survey from
an owner is very welcome (#786). - iHomeManager: the survey decodes the feed-in limitation switch as real
units answer it (0xAA/0x55), and reads the phase voltages at 4358-4362. - The library and survey run on modbus-connection 4.12.4, as Home
Assistant 2026.10.4 does.
