Codex Web GPT v4.0.1

Hotfix for the ChatGPT Personalized UI rollout.

• Fixes connector verification on localized ChatGPT interfaces, including zh-TW.
• Supports the current menuitemradio personalization menu.
• Already-personalized chats are proved through the exact configured connector without clicking the UI.
• Unpersonalized chats switch structurally and continue only after the configured connector is visible; failed transitions restore the original state.

Addresses #185 and #187.
