feat(openapi): fix explorer nav and add file picker by @gorillamoe in #1014

• Y in OpenAPI Explorer copies the request to your clipboard (you can paste it in any .http file and run it from there
• e is way more usuable now, since it opens a scratch buffer tab and on :w it syncs back, so you can edit like normal and then just :wq
• f opens your default fuzzy picker and you can select a file to insert into the "input" field
