ROCKNIX

• Added ROCKNIX as a new supported Linux platform, with support for RetroArch and standalone PPSSPP.
  See the Linux docs for setup and details.
• Dolphin (GameCube/Wii) support is implemented but not yet enabled: it depends on an upstream fix (ROCKNIX/distribution#3038) that hasn't shipped yet. Tracked in #50.

Knulli

• Prepare native Knulli integration: proxy runs as a service, per-game offline-cache icons in EmulationStation, batch caching, and an offline-proxy bypass switch (companion PRs: knulli-linux#94, batocera-emulationstation#126). Adds cache-roms --paths-file and export-cached-ids CLI commands. (7f6b4a5)
• Fixed installer payload truncation on RK3566 devices. (056ff8e)
• Stopping/uninstalling the proxy no longer disables the RetroAchievements master toggle. (7f6b4a5)
• After install/uninstall, EmulationStation's gamelists now refresh automatically instead of requiring a manual refresh. (22b26c9)

• Fixed retroarch.cfg patcher corrupting the config when reverting an empty value. (7f6b4a5)
