Verify before you deliver, with receipts.
v3.2.4 sharpens R-35 (Verify Before You Deliver) into a click-through smoke test. The old wording said "exercise every interactive element", which an agent could claim without doing. Now a PASS has to be earned:
- Run or build the app before the task is done. A design that has never been run is not finished.
- Click through every interactive element, one at a time: buttons, links, dropdowns, forms, tabs, modals, toggles, accordions, navigation. Watch what each one does.
- An element passes only when its action really happens: a link navigates somewhere that exists, a form submit shows validation or success, a toggle changes state. Code that only looks interactive is a dead control (R-26).
- Record the evidence with the deliverable, element by element (e.g. "Signup -> opens /signup with no console errors"). A PASS claimed without that recorded list is not a PASS.
- If the deliverable cannot be run (a static mockup or chat-only output), the agent must say so and verify by code inspection instead of claiming it was clicked.
The Delivery Gate now fails any report that skips the recorded click-through (Block 1, item 617).
Also in this release: the guide became GUIDE.md and was rebuilt to lead with installs, and the README skill picker list now reads as clean bullets.
This is a rules and docs release. Skills, install paths, and the plugin doors (Claude Code, Antigravity, Codex) are unchanged, so nothing needs reinstalling.
