v3.1.2 fixes the picker and drops the per-skill READMEs.
- The picker now asks which agent to install into (Claude Code, Antigravity, Codex) and creates the skill folder if it does not exist. A fresh Antigravity or Codex project no longer silently installs into Claude Code's folder.
- The per-skill README.md files are gone. They were being carried along by npx skills add (the skills.sh CLI copies the whole folder) and were redundant with the root README's skill table. Each skill installs just its SKILL.md now.
No skill content changed: same six skills, same rules.
