v3.1.1 is a patch release with two fixes found after v3.1.0:
- The picker no longer copies the per-skill READMEs into your project. Each skill folder installs just its SKILL.md, plus the human skill's checker scripts. The READMEs stay on GitHub where they belong.
- The install wizard no longer names install commands. This clears the Socket warning on skills.sh, which flagged the wizard for pointing at remote package and repo paths.
Nothing else changed: same six skills, same rules.
