English only, lowercase brand

This release finishes the move to a single-language, single-name product:

• Indonesian mirrors removed. ANTISLOP-ID.md and README-ID.md are deleted, along with the ID language badge and the Indonesian download block in the README. The project is English only going forward, which removes the EN-ID maintenance cost ahead of the multi-skill split.
• Renamed to antislop.md. The rules file is now lowercase, matching the brand name. antislop is the title; "Anti AI Slop: Design & Copy Rules" is the tagline. The raw URL changed to .../main/antislop.md.
• README refresh. New slim-wide banner and a clean two-badge row (license MIT, version).
• Public ROADMAP.md. Added the path to v3.0.0: the core stays intact, additive skills ship one per version (antislop-ui next in v2.2.0).

For existing users: if you pinned the old uppercase raw URL (.../main/ANTISLOP.md), it now 404s. Update to .../main/antislop.md. Files already downloaded to your project keep working.

What's next

• v2.2.0 splits the core and ships the first skill, antislop-ui.
• Then one skill per version: copywriting, a11y, docs, identity.
• v3.0.0 packages everything as an installable, cross-agent skill/plugin.
