Docker image — ensurepip is back in the slim image — 1.5.24 removed ensurepip from the Alpine image, so python -m venv could not install pip in images built on top of MiniStack. Reported by @jin-gizmo.
ECS — DescribeServices on a missing cluster — returned success with every service listed as MISSING; it now returns ClusterNotFoundException.
Startup memory without Docker — the Docker Hub pull fallback imported the Docker SDK at boot even when no Docker socket was available. It now loads only when a socket is present.
