• CFN AWS::IAM::ManagedPolicy, AWS::KMS::Key, AWS::KMS::Alias — completes full CDK bootstrap support. All 9 resource types in the CDKToolkit stack now work.
• Step Functions nested startExecution.sync — parent workflows can now invoke child state machines synchronously via arn:aws:states:::states:startExecution.sync and .sync:2. Output shape matches AWS (.sync = JSON string, .sync:2 = parsed JSON). Contributed by @jayjanssen (#157)

Fixed

• API Gateway v2 lastUpdatedDate returned as ISO8601 string — Stage and Deployment lastUpdatedDate was returning Unix timestamp (number), causing Terraform deserialization failure on aws_apigatewayv2_stage. Reported by @hmarcuzzo (#132)
• ECS timestamp wire format — all ECS timestamp fields (createdAt, startedAt, stoppedAt, etc.) now return epoch numbers instead of ISO strings. Fixes SDK deserialization for Go, Java, and other typed SDKs
