• EC2 ReplaceRouteTableAssociation — moves a subnet association from one route table to another; completes full Terraform route table association lifecycle
• EC2 ModifyVpcEndpoint — add/remove route tables, subnets, and policy on existing VPC endpoints
• EC2 DescribePrefixLists — returns AWS service prefix lists (S3, DynamoDB) and user-managed prefix lists; required by Terraform for every VPC endpoint
• EC2 Managed Prefix Lists — CreateManagedPrefixList, DescribeManagedPrefixLists, GetManagedPrefixListEntries, ModifyManagedPrefixList, DeleteManagedPrefixList; supports versioned CIDR entry management

• KMS Terraform support — EnableKeyRotation, DisableKeyRotation, GetKeyRotationStatus, GetKeyPolicy, PutKeyPolicy, ListKeyPolicies, EnableKey, DisableKey, ScheduleKeyDeletion, CancelKeyDeletion, TagResource, UntagResource, ListResourceTags; KMS now has 27 actions (was 14). Fixes Terraform aws_kms_key with enable_key_rotation = true. Reported by @betorvs
• Docker image: cryptography package included — KMS RSA Sign/Verify/GetPublicKey now work out of the box in the Docker image (+20MB image size, 211MB → 231MB)
