A small release with one important fix: since 1.4.0, Applite could tell you everything was up to date when it wasn't. If you're on 1.4.0, this is worth installing.
New Features
- See the download size before you install. Get Info on an app now shows how large the download is, so you know what you're in for before you start. Applite asks the app's own download server for the size — Homebrew doesn't publish one — and simply leaves the row out rather than showing a number it isn't sure about.
Fixes
- Updates are detected again. Since 1.4.0, the Updates tab could sit empty while updates were in fact available. Applite tells Homebrew not to update itself, which is necessary because Applite looks after its own copy of Homebrew a different way — but that same setting quietly also stopped Homebrew from refreshing its catalog of app versions, so every update check was measured against a catalog frozen at install time. Applite now refreshes the catalog while still leaving Homebrew's self-update off. This affected both Applite's own Homebrew and your own, if you use one.
