🐛 Hotfix: Dolby Vision & HDR detection
HDEncode updated their site markup, which caused the Dolby Vision and HDR filters to stop working.
- Detection now relies on dedicated DOM indicator elements that are always present, regardless of how the release title is written
- Title text parsing is kept as a fallback in case the markup changes again
No other changes — if you were affected, update and the filters will work again.
