• implement new AbstractDrawerImageHolder
• extend IDrawerImageLoader and add a new placeholder(Context ctx, String tag) method to be able to identfiy different imageView targets, so it is possible to define different placeholder drawables for different targets
• update all setImage / applyTo* methods and extend by the tag
• also hide the shadow of the stickyFooter if we switch to the profile item list
