PriceStalker 1.2.3 — multi-arch Docker images

CI-only release. Published images are now manifest lists covering both linux/amd64 and linux/arm64.

Changed

• Multi-arch Docker images — ghcr.io/mikeknight85/pricestalker-{backend,frontend}:1.2.3 publish for linux/amd64 and linux/arm64. Unlocks native runs on Apple Silicon Macs, Raspberry Pi, AWS Graviton, and other arm64 hosts. Docker picks the right variant automatically — no change for existing x86 users.
• Builder stages in both Dockerfiles are pinned to $BUILDPLATFORM so npm install / tsc / vite build run natively on the CI runner rather than under QEMU emulation. Keeps build time in the low single digits of minutes even with two target platforms.

Upstreamed from clucraft/PriceGhost#34 by @soile1991, with a follow-up BUILDPLATFORM tweak to keep the CI fast.
