First release. Makes ElegantFin work on Jellyfin 12's Modern layout.
- Token bridge: ElegantFin's palette mapped onto Jellyfin 12's
--jf-palette-*variables, so every MUI surface picks up the theme. - Layout fixes: library pages, the mobile preferences page, the item details overlay and the mobile backdrop no longer double-count ElegantFin's legacy header reservations against the Modern layout's own spacing.
- App bar: ElegantFin's gradient and masked blur, with the transparent treatment on pages that paint their own backdrop.
- Chrome: library nav pills, library toolbar, drawer, menus, dialogs, tooltips and form controls restyled in ElegantFin's language.
- Video player: the empty MUI app bar hidden during playback and while an item loads; the OSD header restored to 10.11's height.
- Icon buttons: 10.11's sizing and hover circle restored, with the cast and episode-picker glyphs drawn from the theme's own icon pack.
- Plugin support: Media Bar (bar and home sections re-anchored, portrait overlay laid out as a column), Jellyfin Enhanced (drawer entries and Seerr link), InPlayerEpisodePreview (glyph substitution).
