Patches
- The package.json sideEffects array now correctly tags scss files as having side effects, so that they aren't dropped by the bundler accidentally. (PR #17316 by dzearing)
- Remove incorrect rowindex and rowcount for grouped detailslist and groupedlist, fix remaining automated a11y errors (PR #17259 by smhigley)
