• Updated release tooling to refresh maintainer exclusions, omit automated contributor credits, and validate four-component display titles while retaining three-component tags in #51665.
• Standardized .NET SDK selection through global.json at version 10.0.403, updated the runtime package version to 10.0.14, and moved SDK builds to Visual Studio 2026 in #51781.

PowerDisplay

• Improved PowerDisplay cold-start reliability by allowing more time for its UI connection and added end-to-end lifecycle and monitor-control tests in #51784.

PowerRename

• Enabled PowerRename previews and applying renames for linguistically equivalent but different names, such as German sharp S to ss, while preserving normalization-only behavior in #51297 by @dark13b.

PowerToys Run

• Fixed Unit Converter parsing of sqmi and sqmil shorthand so square-unit conversions use the intended units in #50637 by @sanskarIN.
• Expanded plugin score modifiers to -20,000 through 20,000 so user preferences can override high built-in result scores in #51195 by @muhammadmahadazher.
• Improved copying Calculator results so successful copies persist without misleading post-write failure dialogs in #51197 by @muhammadmahadazher.
