What's Changed

Experimental linux support

Added first attempt at building linux binaries.
Attached to this are rpm and deb files for installing NSClient++ on linux.

• Added proper linux build with working client by @mickem in #1130

This is early so use with care!

TODO:

Things left to do:

• Explore spliting into multiple packages. Havent decided if splitting it makes sense yet.
• Ensure config is installed correctly and sensible (currently likely no config)
• Ensure paths work in various scenarios (currently for instance modules relative binary is not working)
• Clean up installed files so only required is not installed (currently a lot of test files are installed as well as html docs)
• Add integration test to linux builds.
