The stats page now explains why a failing feed has a long adjusted TTL:

• When the dead-feed rule applies (failing for longer than Max TTL since the last successful update), the Adjusted update TTL column shows it, e.g. 1 day 14 minutes (max TTL: failing for over 1 day).
• Erroring feeds show their last successful update next to the error time, e.g. error 7 hours ago, last success 27 days ago, or never succeeded.
