📣 Summary

v5.0.0 is the new stable mainnet release of the mezod chain client software. It prepares the chain for the upcoming Tigris release.

This release incurs a mandatory upgrade of all Mezo Mainnet nodes that must occur on block 5207000 (ETA Tuesday, December 9th, around noon UTC)
