Added

• Add mirrord preview down, which deletes every preview environment under a
  key in all namespaces, finding the key the way mirrord preview up does.
• Add mirrord preview up, which starts a preview environment for every
  service of a mirrord-up.yaml that has an image (from --image <service>=<ref>, MIRRORD_<SERVICE>_IMAGE or the service's image), all
  under one key, and returns once each one is ready.
• Services in mirrord-up.yaml accept an optional image field, the container
  image mirrord preview up runs in the service's preview environment.
  mirrord up ignores it.

Fixed

• Fixed a SIGSEGV on macOS when apps using libuv 1.53+ (e.g. Homebrew Node)
  connect to a unix socket.
