• Fix Go programs on Linux arm64 receiving syscall results truncated to 32
  bits, which crashed them when the result was a pointer such as an mmap
  address. #5092
• Avoid reporting an incorrect namespace in database branch warnings when the
  operator uses a custom namespace pattern.
• Fix mirrord exec on Windows not printing Ready! when the layer is
  injected with apc or iat, so mirrord up never saw those services become
  ready.
• Fix mirrord up on Windows printing the "no run.directory set" notice when
  run from the folder that holds mirrord-up.yaml.
• Fix mirrord up on Windows sometimes hanging, even through Ctrl-C, after a
  service exited or crashed on its own.
