Added

• Add mirrord config set and mirrord config unset commands for updating
  user-wide mirrord configuration.
• Added mirror mode to mirrord up. Use it in the command (--mode mirror)
  or the config file (default_mode: mirror).
• Preview environments can target a CronJob (cronjob/<name>), with
  feature.preview.cronjob.schedule overriding the inherited schedule.

Fixed

• Fixed SIP patching on macOS when system binaries contain the newer
  arm64e.x1 architecture slice.
